Gestionnaire de site En tant que gestionnaire de site, vous serez responsable des opérations d’un site de service, en veillant à optimiser la performance, la sécurité et la satisfaction des clients. Dans ce rôle, vous encadrerez une équipe afin de promouvoir les valeurs fondamentales de l’organisation et d’assurer une performance optimale dans leurs fonctions respectives.

Vos principales responsabilités incluront le leadership en matière de santé et sécurité, l’efficacité opérationnelle, la performance financière ainsi que la gestion des comptes clients. Vous serez également responsable de la résolution de problèmes techniques, de la gestion des budgets et du maintien de la performance optimale des éoliennes.

Responsabilités

Favoriser un environnement axé sur la santé et la sécurité sur le site, en encourageant l’amélioration continue des performances en matière de sécurité

Développer et mobiliser votre équipe afin d’assurer l’exploitation et l’entretien efficaces des parcs éoliens

Établir des partenariats solides avec les clients afin de garantir le respect des engagements contractuels

Gérer les coûts de manière rigoureuse afin d’atteindre les objectifs budgétaires des contrats de service

Planifier les activités d’entretien préventif et d’analyse des défaillances afin d’optimiser la performance des turbines

Compétences

Solides compétences en gestion, incluant la gestion financière et l’évaluation de la performance organisationnelle

Expérience en coaching et mobilisation d’équipes

Connaissance des programmes, pratiques et procédures en santé et sécurité

Forte motivation, sens des responsabilités et capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à améliorer continuellement les processus

Expérience en gestion budgétaire et en gestion de projets

Habileté à négocier et à maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client

Qualifications

2 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion dans un domaine de services connexe

Disponibilité pour travailler sur le site et se déplacer (vers différents parcs/turbines) au besoin

Une formation technique est un atout (connaissance des systèmes hydrauliques ou des équipements rotatifs lourds)

Excellentes aptitudes en communication en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit

Permis de conduire valide et passeport

Exigences physiques

Capacité de rester debout et de marcher pendant de longues périodes

Capacité auditive suffisante pour utiliser des téléphones, radios ou autres dispositifs de communication

Capacité de soulever, pousser, tirer et transporter des charges allant jusqu’à 50 lb (22,7 kg)

Capacité de suivre les formations obligatoires en sécurité et d’obtenir les certifications requises (cadenassage – LOTO, sécurité électrique, protection contre les chutes, descente d’urgence en hauteur et espaces clos)

Capacité de participer pleinement aux formations pratiques,

- Wind Site Operations Manager - Degelis (3 hours from Quebec) As a Wind Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of a service site, ensuring optimized performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will lead a team to promote the organization's core values and ensure optimal performance in their respective functions. Your key responsibilities will include leadership in health and safety, operational efficiency, financial performance, and client account management.

You will also be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing budgets, and maintaining optimal wind turbine performance.

Responsibilities

- Foster a health- and safety-focused environment on-site, encouraging continuous improvement in safety performance
- Develop and engage your team to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of wind farms
- Build strong partnerships with clients to ensure contractual commitments are met
- Manage costs rigorously to meet service contract budget targets
- Plan preventive maintenance and failure analysis activities to optimize turbine performance

Skills
- Strong management skills, including financial management and organizational performance assessment
- Experience in coaching and team engagement
- Knowledge of health and safety programs, practices, and procedures
- Highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to solve problems and continuously improve processes
- Experience in budget and project management
- Ability to negotiate and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of management experience in a related service sector
- Availability to work on-site and travel (to various wind farms/turbines) as needed
- Technical training is an asset (knowledge of hydraulic systems or heavy rotating equipment)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Valid driver’s license and passport

- Ability to climb stairs & vertical ladders to heights of 60 to 100 meters and at times supervise work in confined space environments.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to, but not more than 50 lbs. in weight.
- Ability to observe training and obtain certification in required safety programs that include LOTO, Electrical Qualification, Fall Arrest & High Angle Rescue & Emergency Decent, and Confined Space.
- Ability to successfully participate in all training courses, including controlled decent practical exercises.
- Due to design parameters of fall protection equipment, the combined weight of prospective employee, required PPE and gear shall not exceed 300 lbs. Required PPE and gear may weigh up to 40 lbs.
