In this role, you will be the friendly face ensuring smooth operations of our state-of-the-art golf simulation bays, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while supporting daily operations.

Duties

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with the use of golf simulators, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
- Operate and troubleshoot golf simulation technology, including software and equipment maintenance.
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and ensure proper scheduling of simulator bays.
- Provide information about game rules, scoring, and available services to enhance guest enjoyment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for rentals, food orders, or merchandise sales.
- Support food service operations by taking orders, serving snacks or beverages,



and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas.
- Engage with guests using public speaking skills to explain game features or promote special events and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the simulator area to ensure a protected and inviting environment.

Requirements

- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse groups of guests.
- Excellent customer service and guest services experience to create positive interactions.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Food service experience is a plus for assisting with snack or beverage offerings.
- A background in hospitality or related fields will support your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Must be energetic, personable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
