Job DescriptionFunction:Ensure Pakenham Community Early Learning Centre building, grounds, and contents are maintained.Perform regular maintenance including, but not limited to, changing furnace filters, replacing light bulbs, testing emergency lights, minor drywall repair, minor painting.Repair equipment and buildings as required and advise Executive Director when a licensed tradesperson should be arranged to complete repairs.Repair broken or damaged toys and playground equipment, where qualified.Monitor ongoing issues and advise Executive Director if any changes occur. (Property drainage, basement water,
