We are committed to investing in your professional development and creating an environment where you can advance your career.ResponsibilitiesIndividualized pharmacotherapy – tailoring medication therapy based on chart review, laboratory data, and patient assessment.Patient medication counselling – reviewing literature, summarizing information, and demonstrating procedures and equipment to patients and families.Work in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other health‑care providers to develop, implement, and monitor therapeutic plans.Assist in developing drug‑therapy guidelines for individual disease conditions and monitor their effectiveness.Participate in medication‑use evaluations, quality‑improvement initiatives, and clinical drug trials.Act as a department resource person, providing detailed drug information on issues related to drug therapy.Contribute items such as case studies, review articles, and other content for professional journals.Provide instruction and/or supervision to pharmacy students and residents.Perform drug‑distribution duties, including interpreting prescriptions, dispensing medications,
