Minimum one year cold calling business-to-business experience Nonprofit industry preferred, but not mandatory Minimum one-year outbound experience Excellent English communication skills and clarity Fluency in a second language (Farsi/French/Mandarin) would an asset We offer the right candidates the following:

Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty Record changes to customer accounts, update service packages, add accounts, and remove accounts as needed Work remotely
