We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in heavy equipment operation and demonstrate proficiency in various machinery, including graders and bulldozers. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment on-site while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining high standards of work quality.

We also provide oilfield labour work to our clients, we're looking for someone willing to step in to labour when needed.

The following safety tickets are required: H2S, WHMIS, TDG, First Aid and CSO.

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, skid steers and back hoes.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery.
- Assist in training new operators on safe equipment operation practices.

Skills

- Proficient in heavy equipment operation.
- Robust mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Experience in commercial driving is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
