We specialize in production, processing, and sales for all our business units. What does a Grain Elevator Operator do?

- Grain Elevator Operators are responsible for operating our elevators. Simple right!? Not quite.
- The number one job for an Operator is safety! Working in a busy environment with specific working conditions such as heights and confined space requires employees who care about safety.
- Operators will provide excellent customer service while receiving product from local farmers.
- Using a PLC system, mechanical skills and our internal software program they will receive, manage and store the product through our elevator systems including pits, bins, dryers, etc.
- They are responsible to maintain the quality of the product by proper storing, transferring and conditioning – one location can have up to 200,000 MT at one time.
- It’s not all glamorous work either, they are responsible for bin clean outs and general maintenance of the elevator.

What do we expect from you if you are applying:

- Grain elevator or agriculture experience is a huge asset, but not required.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Customer interaction and relationship building
- Exceptional problem solving, time management
- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy in busy environments with tight deadlines
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and noisy and dusty environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
