We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Grant & Church Engagement Coordinator to drive meaningful connections between our organization and faith communities. Duties

- Develop and nurture relationships with local churches and faith-based organizations to promote collaboration and community involvement
- Identify and pursue grant opportunities by researching potential funding sources aligned with organizational goals
- Maintain and update databases, including Raiser's Edge or similar CRM systems, to track engagement activities, grants, and partnership progress
- Coordinate outreach campaigns utilizing marketing strategies to raise awareness about programs and initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from church leaders, community partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct research on community needs, funding trends,



and potential partners to inform engagement strategies
- Organize meetings, events, and presentations to foster ongoing relationships and showcase organizational impact

Experience

- Proven experience in managing databases such as Raiser's Edge or comparable customer relationship management tools
- Robust background in marketing or outreach campaigns aimed at community or faith-based audiences
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse groups
- Demonstrated research skills to identify funding opportunities, community needs, and partnership prospects
- Familiarity with grant writing processes or grant management is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience working with religious organizations or in community engagement roles is a plus
