Position Title: Graphic Designer
Available: Immediately
Are you creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your design skills? We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.
In this exciting role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Brand and Design, providing essential support to Chestnut Park Real Estate’s marketing and design efforts. This position is ideal for someone with a strong school portfolio and a passion for creating visually impactful materials. Experience in real estate or print production is a bonus!
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the marketing team to design high-quality print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics.
- Assisting with the creation and updating of marketing collateral to ensure consistency with Chestnut Park Real Estate’s branding guidelines.
- Supporting the design and production of materials for agent marketing campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
- Managing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Proofreading designs for accuracy and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards.
- Assisting with in-house print production requests and learning to liaise with external print vendors as needed.
- Participating in team brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for design projects and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- A strong school portfolio showcasing creative design work; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
- Familiarity with printing processes is a plus, but not mandatory—an eagerness to learn is key.
- Experience with real estate design projects is a bonus.
- Knowledge of social media design best practices for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with both Mac and PC platforms.
Onboarding: This position requires a 9-5 Monday to Friday on-site schedule to provide hands-on support and mentorship.
