Duties
- Lead group fitness classes with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
- Design and deliver varied workout routines that cater to different fitness levels and preferences
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to maximize participant understanding and engagement
- Motivate participants throughout the class to maintain energy and commitment
- Monitor class dynamics, offering modifications or assistance as needed to accommodate individual needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming class environment at all times
- Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and incorporate innovative exercises into your sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching group fitness classes or similar instructional roles
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, safety protocols, and fitness principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of people
- Certification in group fitness instruction or relevant fitness discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and provide modifications for different skill levels
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting health and wellness in the community
