Role Description This full-time remote Growth Specialist role focuses on driving user acquisition, activation, and retention for inchambers.ai across law firms and in-house legal departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and testing growth opportunities, managing campaigns across digital channels, and optimizing onboarding flows and product messaging.

The Growth

Specialist will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to refine positioning, collect customer feedback, and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports,



and recommending data-informed experiments to accelerate sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and design experiments for growth initiatives.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage prospective customers.
- Demonstrated experience in growth hacking and driving user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Sales skills for qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting revenue-focused conversations.
- Project management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver growth campaigns and experiments on schedule.
- Familiarity with SaaS or B2B technology products; experience in legal tech or working with professional services is a plus.

- Comfort with analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
