We’re looking for a capable, flexible and mature Front of House Team Member to join our team at a busy farm-based cidery in South Langley.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every shift. Our days can look very different — you might be serving guests in the taproom, working behind the bar, helping with food service, setting up an event, or jumping in wherever the team needs you.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, adaptable and takes pride in creating a great guest experience.

What we’re looking for

You are someone who:

- Is mature, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility
- Can work independently without needing to be told what to do
- Is a natural self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it
- Is comfortable moving between serving, bartending, food service and events
- Can stay calm and organized when things get busy
- Works well as part of a team and is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Takes pride in keeping the space clean, organized and guest-ready
- Understands that hospitality is about more than taking an order - it’s about creating an experience
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing setting
- Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

What the role can include Depending on the day, you may be:
- Greeting and serving guests in our Tap Room
- Taking orders and running food
- Bartending and preparing cider-based drinks
- Supporting our food program by preparing food for service
- Assisting in setting up and working concerts, markets, and private events




- Helping with opening, closing and maintaining a guest-ready space
- Supporting other team members during busy periods
- Helping extend the guest experience when the opportunity is there
