About the Role The Guest Service Agent plays a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless, and memorable experience for every guest. This position is responsible for greeting and registering guests, delivering exceptional service throughout their stay, and ensuring accurate and efficient billing upon departure.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome, register, and check out guests
- Provide outstanding guest service and respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Process, modify, and manage reservations
- Operate the hotel switchboard and assist with internal communications
- Perform concierge duties, including providing local information and coordinating guest requests
- Maintain accuracy in all guest-related transactions and documentation
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, problem‑solving skills, and a service driven approach.

- Must be bi-lingual.




- Solid multi‑tasking abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous hotel front desk / Guest Service experience is an asset
