Job Summary The Hotel at Falcon Lake is looking for a professional, personable and service-focused Guest Relations Agent to join our Front Office team.

We are more than a traditional hotel, offering a unique collection of accommodations including our premium hotel rooms, private cottages, The El’nor Lodge, The Wilderness Lodge and The South Shore House, along with dining, recreation and resort-style amenities.

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests. We are looking for someone who is confident, welcoming and genuinely enjoys hospitality. You will assist guests with everything from reservations and check-in to recommendations, special requests and ensuring their overall stay exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide a polished, friendly arrival experience
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations, telephone calls, emails and guest inquiries
- Become knowledgeable about all of our room types, cottages, lodges and amenities
- Assist guests in selecting the accommodation best suited to their stay
- Provide information and recommendations about Falcon Lake and the surrounding area
- Respond professionally to guest concerns and work toward appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food & Beverage to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain accurate reservations, guest accounts and Front Desk records
- Assist with additional Front Office duties as required

What We're Looking For




- Previous hotel, Front Desk or customer service experience is preferred
- Professional, friendly and confident communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers, reservation systems, phones and email
- Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations
- Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence required
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
