We need a self motivated, high energy Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, and maintaining a positive experience for our clients.
Will be responsible for guiding prospects to find the right product/service to help them reach their fitness goals.
Will be selling our online products and services as well as in gym services
Must have a passion for fitness and want to help other people get fit.
Must have past sales experience, and being a sales associate at sport check won't cut it. Phone sales, door to door or consulatative sales experience a huge asset!
Responsibilities
- Cold call past clients and leads to check in to see if we can serve them. (Daily quota)
- Answer incoming calls within 2 rings
- Following up with warm leads on all inquiries/messages within 5 minutes
- Answering DM's and Messenger messages within 5 minutes.
- Schedule consults in the gym and online via phone/zoom.
- Keep CRM organized and up to date.
- Prepare for meeting prospects at the gym for consultations.
- Understand the emotional and logical needs of the prospect.
- Guide the prospect to a decision.
- Handle walk in inquiries - tours, sales and customer service.
- Sign new members up for services.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own without supervision
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Help in the day to day of the gym.
Must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and be willing to continually learn and grow with our company and within personal development, specifically in the areas of building relationships, influence and sales. Pay: $20 per hour plus 10% commissions + health benefits after 3 months. Looking for someone who wants to earn 6 figures a year in commissions.
Hours: 40 hours per week. 6 days per week.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8 am to 2pm & 2 pm to 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 3 pm
