Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their desired hair color outcomes and recommend suitable techniques and products
- Perform precise hair coloring services, including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and fashion shades
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon environment
- Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to ensure long-lasting results
- Upsell skilled hair care products and color treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits




- Assist at the front desk by managing appointments, answering client inquiries, and supporting overall salon operations

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair coloring techniques and hair styling services
- Solid communication skills to effectively listen to client needs and explain procedures clearly
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client needs
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Familiarity with retail sales processes and front desk responsibilities is preferred
- Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local regulations
