We work April to October, right now we have too much work - we are looking for a few guys to help out now until end of October

If you have experience, I will hire you over a guy with no experience

If you will return in April, I will hire you over a guy who will not.

We want people that are willing to take a few extra steps, and we want to weed out the people that don’t pay attention or are just mass applying to jobs.
