Handyman Technician (Residential, Restaurant & Commercial Properties)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across a variety of properties, including residential homes, restaurants, and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks such as drywall repair, painting, plumbing fixes, carpentry, and minor electrical work
- Diagnose issues and determine the best course of action for effective repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent potential problems
- Maintain and repair fixtures, equipment, and building systems
- Handle service calls for occupied residential units, restaurant spaces, and commercial facilities
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulations
- Communicate clearly with property managers, tenants,



and business owners regarding work status and timelines
- Keep tools, work areas, and service vehicles clean and organized

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques across multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
- Ability to work in diverse environments, including residential homes, food service establishments, and commercial spaces
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic tools required (preferred but may vary by employer)

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in restaurant maintenance (kitchen equipment, safety compliance, etc.)
- Familiarity with commercial building systems
- HVAC or appliance repair experience (a plus)

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
