Responsibilities

- Provide expert support for hardware-related inquiries, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various hardware devices.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products through merchandising and upselling techniques.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and POS (Point of Sale) transactions, accurately processing sales and returns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing.




- Communicate effectively with customers and staff, demonstrating solid phone etiquette and organizational skills.

Skills
- Proven experience in technical sales or retail sales environments, with a focus on hardware products.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly.
- Strong communication skills to engage customers, upsell products, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
- Customer service expertise with a friendly attitude, patience, and effective phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, and retail operations to enhance the shopping experience.
