Want to get paid to scare people?

A Maze in Corn is looking forhigh-energy, scare-loving people to join our Haunted Forest team this fall!

No acting experience is required but its a deffinate asset! What we ARE looking for is enthusiasm, reliability and people who aren't afraid to get into character and have some fun.

What we're looking for

- Must be mature enough to deal with the public and large groups.
- Must be reliable and available for scheduled shifts.
- Must be in good physical shape. The Haunted Forest is outdoors, subject to the weather (often cold), and you will be on your feet and active for your entire shift.
- Shifts are primarily Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday afternoons/evenings.
- Jump Scare Positions: We also have several highly athletic jump-scare positions using trampolines. A loud yell or scream is about all the acting required — but above-average athletic ability definitely is!
- You will need transportation to A Maze in Corn, as we are not on a bus route.

Videos are an significant tool for us when choosing our Haunted Forest team, and preference will be given to applicants who submit one.

When The Haunted Forest runs primarily Thursday through Sunday during the fall season, with afternoon and evening shifts depending on the day.

Approximately 15 minutes south of Winnipeg.

Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week

Application question(s)

- We are located on a farm property. Do you have a car or access to a car? There is no public transportation to our location.
- Haunted Forest actors work outside in October weather and are active/on their feet for the entire shift. Are you comfortable with that?
- Before answering YES, please think about your current school, work, sports and other commitments. Are you realistically able to add 1–2 Haunted Forest shifts per week during October without overcommitting yourself?
