Job Title: Head Concierge / Concierge

Regent Security Services is looking for professional, reliable, and customer-service-focused individuals to join our team as Head Concierge and Concierge at a residential property in Vancouver, BC.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent service to residents and guests while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional and friendly service to residents, guests, and visitors.
- Manage daily front desk and concierge operations.
- Monitor building access and follow all security and building procedures.
- Handle visitor registration, deliveries, packages, move-ins/move-outs, and vendor access.
- Respond to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in a skilled manner.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and building records.
- Monitor building activity and report any unusual or concerning situations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, building management, vendors, and staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk.
- Complete proper shift handovers and ensure important information is communicated.

Head Concierge – Additional Responsibilities




- Oversee daily concierge operations and maintain high service standards.
- Supervise, train, and support concierge staff.
- Coordinate with building management on daily operations and resident concerns.
- Handle escalated issues and ensure site procedures are followed.
- Support scheduling, reporting, staff coordination, and other operational requirements.

Qualifications
- Previous concierge, front desk, customer service, or residential building experience preferred.
- Strata or condominium experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer and digital reporting skills.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for the Head Concierge position.
- Candidates living in Vancouver or close to Downtown Vancouver are strongly preferred.
