The Head of Sales (Regional) is responsible for leading BagginsHQ’s commercial activities within an assigned region, generating verified revenue, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring that regional sales operations contribute consistently to Company growth.
Key responsibilities include
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy.
- Personally generate recent business and verified sales revenue.
- Build, maintain and manage a strong regional sales pipeline.
- Recruit, assess, onboard, coach and supervise Tech Sales Executives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
- Support TSEs with prospecting, qualification, follow-up, negotiation and closing.
- Hold sales team members accountable for assigned responsibilities and performance.
- Identify new markets, industries, partnerships and commercial opportunities.
- Build relationships with business owners, executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage important customer relationships, renewals, retention, upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify additional revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Coordinate customer and commercial matters requiring support from technical teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, forecasts and pipeline information.
- Work closely with Corporate Relations and other relevant departments.
- Ensure regional sales activities comply with Company procedures and standards.
- Drive adoption and sales of priority BagginsHQ products and services, including BagginsHQ for SMEs.
- Organise regional prospecting activities, including structured use of approved business directories and outreach resources.
- Ensure TSEs maintain disciplined and consistent sales activity.
- Build a commercially accountable regional sales culture focused on verified revenue rather than activity alone.
- Escalate repeated performance,
conduct or disciplinary concerns to Corporate Relations.
- Contribute to the long-term expansion of BagginsHQ within the assigned region.
Probation and Performance
- Initial 30-day performance-based probation.
- Probation may be extended once by a further 30 days, with the maximum probation period being 60 days.
- Primary probation target: approximately USD 2,300 in verified sales revenue.
- Approximately USD 1,150 or more may be considered satisfactory, subject to overall Company assessment.
- Early confirmation may be possible where sufficient performance is demonstrated.
- Performance is assessed primarily on verified revenue, commercial execution, leadership and overall suitability.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, commercial leadership or a related function.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer acquisition.
- Ability to generate business independently and not rely solely on team-generated opportunities.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, objection-handling and closing ability.
- Experience leading, supervising or developing sales teams.
- Ability to set targets and hold team members accountable.
- Strong commercial judgement and revenue-focused thinking.
- Ability to identify opportunities within both new and existing customer accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work with senior decision-makers and business owners.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organisational, reporting and pipeline-management skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems and other digital sales tools.
- Ability to learn and clearly communicate technology, software, SaaS and digital-service solutions.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, discipline and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively under performance targets.
- Reliable computer/laptop.
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Professional and quiet remote working environment.
Experience selling technology, SaaS, software, cloud, websites, digital solutions or enterprise services is an advantage.
Benefits
During Probation
- USD 100 monthly facilitation, currently paid:
- 50% on the official commencement date
- 50% after 14 days

Upon Successful Confirmation
- USD 1,160 gross monthly salary
- USD 100 monthly facilitation
- Total fixed monthly compensation: USD 1,260
- 10% performance bonus on verified sales, where the applicable performance target is achieved or exceeded.
- Principal commercial target of approximately USD 7,700 in verified sales revenue per month.
