Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate technology sales contracts
• Support the Sales Deal Desk in contract execution
• Provide explicit feedback on contract terms




• Manage and document contract lifecycle processes
• Address data privacy considerations in contracts
Requirements:
• Paralegal certification or similar experience
• Solid understanding of commercial contracts in tech
• Coordination experience with legal counsel
• Knowledge of data privacy laws, including PII and PHI
