Successful candidates MUST be available to start.This is apermanent, full-time onsiteposition based at:255 Consumers Road, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M2J 1R4We are looking for candidates who are available to workany five (5) days per weekon arotational schedulewithin the following hours:Monday to Friday 8am to 11pmSaturday 8am to 8pmSunday 9am to 6pmKey Responsibilities:Application Support:Guide customers through the loan application process with step-by-step assistanceCustomer Interaction:Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up with prospects who haven’t completed their applicationsProblem-Solving:Answer questions related to eligibility, loan status, and next steps.
