Job Description

Apotex is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Training Lead to support a major ERP migration. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing change management and training strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The role will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners to assess organizational impacts, prepare end users, and ensure business readiness throughout the transformation. The role requires robust communication, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery capabilities, along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and changing priorities. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the project change management strategy and plan Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments Create and implement communication plans to support project awareness and engagement Develop business readiness assessments and transition plans Design, coordinate, and oversee end-user training programs Develop training materials, job aids, and user support resources Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and participant tracking Partner with business leaders and SMEs to support adoption and readiness activities Monitor adoption, identify resistance risks, and implement mitigation actions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of Organizational Change Management and/or Training experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives Proven experience supporting ERP implementations, system migrations, or business transformation programs Experience developing and executing change management, communications, and training strategies Experience conducting stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses Experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and self-service training programs Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience working across multiple business functions and project workstreams Ability to influence stakeholders and drive user adoption in a complex environment Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal direction Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent change management training preferred Experience in manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments an asset Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English na
