Job Title: Health Care Aide - Full Time Night Shifts (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)

Location: Rideau Ferry Country Home Retirement Residence

Position Summary

The Health Care Aide is responsible for providing personal care and support services to residents in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner, in accordance with the Home’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Availability to work weekends
- Must have a valid Canadian work permit
- Must be able to reliably commute to the residence location
- Must complete all required onboarding and recurring training requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and services to residents as needed
- Complete scheduled care tasks and accurately document the assistance provided
- Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, secure, and sanitary work and storage areas
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
