In the role of Registered Nurse at Bayshore, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to clients with wound, ostomy, and continence needs.
Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, educating families, and coordinating virtual visits efficiently. Assess and plan care for wound and ostomy patients
- Educate families on nursing care and management
- Organize virtual consultations when applicable
- Current RN registration with a provincial body
- Two years of experience in wound care
