Heavy Equipment Operators - Excavator, Dozer, Rock Truck (3 Positions)

Land Development Division - Lower Mainland, BC

We're a heavy civil and land development contractor looking to add three experienced operators to our crew. One seat each: excavator, dozer, and rock truck. We run steady work with a tight crew, and we're after people who show up, know their machine, and take pride in the grade they leave behind.

What you'll be doing

- Running your machine on land development and heavy civil sites: excavation, mass grading, road and site prep, preloads, utilities etc.
- Working off grade stakes, plans, and GPS
- Daily walkarounds, greasing, and reporting issues before they become downtime
- Working safely around ground crew, trucks, and other equipment

What we're looking for

- 5+ years operating in heavy civil or land development
- Solid on one of the three seats, comfortable stepping into others when needed
- Ability to read grade and work with minimal supervision




- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to site
- Safety tickets an asset (First Aid, Confined Space, Ground Disturbance)
