Join Scarborough Health Network as a Registered Nurse for the Hemodialysis Unit, contributing your expertise in a part time capacity. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver patient-centered care based on defined care plans across multiple hemodialysis sites. Collaboration is key, and you'll work alongside both RNs and RPNs to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing interventions in accordance with care plans
- Participate in team nursing with RNs and RPNs
- Conduct assessments and document patient status
- Provide patient and family education
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies Requirements:
- Current College of Nurses registration
- BCLS certification must be current
- Minimum one year hemodialysis experience required
- Completion of nephrology nursing courses
