KeenKiz Learning is seeking an experienced High School English Tutor to provide in-person instruction to students in Grades 9–12.
Requirements
- Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) in good standing
- Current or previous experience teaching high school English in Ontario
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario secondary English curriculum
- Ability to support students with reading comprehension, literary analysis, essay writing, critical thinking, and academic writing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teenagers
Preferred Candidates We especially welcome applications from:
- Current Ontario high school English teachers
- Retired Ontario high school English teachers with recent classroom experience
Position Details
- Location: Oakville, Ontario
- Format: In-person (preferred) and online
- Position Type: Part-time, paid
- Schedule: Adaptable, based on teacher availability and student needs
