Lennox and Addington County General HospitalVacancy Information:Casual (new vacancy)Area of Assignment:LTCBasic Function and Scope:The RAI RPN is responsible for completing and coordinating comprehensive resident assessments using the InterRAI LTCF tool in compliance with Ontario Regulation 246/22 under the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021. This role supports person-centered care planning, quality improvement, and data accuracy by ensuring timely and accurate assessment submissions. The RAI RPN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident needs, preferences, and health status are effectively captured and integrated into individualized care plans. This position also plays a key role in the admission and discharge planning process, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.Hours of Work:Rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, and weekends), as requiredPay Rate:$38.48-$39.01Qualifications & RequirementsEducationGraduate of an approved Nursing Program; C.L.S current certification.Completion of RAI-MDS training, including InterRAI LTCF coding standardsRegistrationA member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario; Membership in goodstanding with Registered Practical Nursing Association of Ontario (RPNAO),
