This role involves ensuring that all branches meet operational standards, achieve financial targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. The Regional Manager will lead and support Branch Managers, drive operational efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance and growth.What you're responsible for:Operational ManagementOverseeingdaily operations of multiple Kenny U-Pull locations within the district.Ensuringall locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve targets.Conducting regular site visits to assess operations,identifyareas for improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Leading, mentoring, and supporting Branch Managers to ensure effective management and development of their teams.Buildandmaintainstrong,
cooperative relationships with internal stakeholders and operational partners to support businessobjectivesand ensure alignment on priorities and execution.Fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Conducting performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.Developing and managingbudgets for each location within the district.Analyzingfinancial reports,identifytrends, and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs.Ensuringaccurateinventory management andoptimizestock levels to meet customer demand.Customer ServiceEnsuringall locations deliver exceptional customer service andmaintainhigh customer satisfaction levels.Addressing and resolve customer complaints and issues ina timelyand effective manner.Implementing customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.Strategic PlanningCollaboratingwith stakeholders to develop and execute district business plans and strategies.Identifyingmarket opportunities and implement initiatives to drive growth and expand market share.Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.Compliance and SafetyEnsuringall locationscomply withhealth, safety,
and environmental regulations.Promotinga culture of safety and implement programs to minimize workplace hazards.Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards and address any non-compliance issues promptlyQualificationsQualificationsProven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel within the district asrequired.
