You want a number-two role where your decisions shape a nine-figure operation, and your voice reaches the President from day one.You lead all operations at a remanufacturing facility for a major heavy equipment dealer network. The site rebuilds components for mining, construction and forestry customers. You run a leadership team of five to seven across production, parts, engineering, project, programme and scheduling, with a wider site headcount of around 200.
