This role offers an exciting opportunity to analyze and execute trades across real-time and day-ahead markets involving WECC, CAISO, and ERCOT. You will be responsible for developing trading strategies while supporting structured transaction pricing. Key contributions involve risk management and close collaboration with trading partners, ensuring all operations are compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Optimize trading strategies for short-term and long-term markets • Support ongoing speculative trading initiatives • Provide insights on structured deals and negotiations • Negotiate agreements with counterparties • Manage risk levels to minimize potential losses

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, or related • 3+ years in physical trading within Western US markets • Experience in power flows between CAISO and WECC • Solid analytical skills with tools like Python • Team-oriented with effective interpersonal abilities
