Closing Date: Jun 14th 2026.JOB SUMMARYAGLC is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Revenue & Treasury Management to lead a critical finance function overseeing over $2.4 billion in annual net sales.This role is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of revenue operations across gaming, liquor, and cannabis lines of business, as well as the organization’s treasury and cash management strategy.As a key leader within Finance, you will drive financial integrity, optimize cash flow, strengthen controls, and lead high-performing teams, while partnering closely with internal leaders, government stakeholders, and industry partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlease note that the salary for this role is currently in review.Lead the accurate and timely invoicing, collection, and reporting of all revenue streamsOversee accounting treatment, including player liabilities and revenue recognitionMonitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce risk and improve collectionsEnsure compliance with IFRS, legislation,
and internal controlsDevelop and execute enterprise-wide cash flow forecasting and optimization strategiesMaximize returns on cash balances while managing financial riskOversee banking relationships, reconciliations, and service optimizationProvide strategic oversight of ERP (SAP) and financial systems integratioLead automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data integritySupport enterprise initiatives as a finance subject matter expert (SME)Design and maintain robust internal control frameworksEnsure compliance with IFRS, audit standards, PCI requirements, and regulatory frameworksPartner with internal and external auditors to address risks and strengthen governanceBuild and sustain relationships with government ministries, Industry Partners and Licensees, Financial InstitutionsProvide insights, reporting, and advice to support strategic decision-makingLead and develop a team of managers and finance professionalsFoster a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous learningSupport workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiativesSKILLS AND ABILITIESMinimum 6 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting/financeStrong knowledge of:IFRS and financial reporting standardsTreasury, cash management, and forecastingBanking practices and payment card (PCI) standardsExperience in complex, regulated environments is considered an assetNOTETo be eligible to work for AGLC, you must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or eligible to work in Canada.While we appreciate all applications we receive, we advise that only candidates under consideration will be contacted.As a condition of employment, you will be required to obtain a satisfactory security clearance and clean drivers abstract (if necessary) prior to employment.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
