We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring excellent service throughout their visit.
Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist with to-go orders and package items for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Assist in coordinating special events or large party reservations
Experience
- English proficiency required
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality,
or food service environment is a plus
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Familiarity with guest services in a hotel setting is beneficial
- Proficient phone etiquette skills
Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour
