We are looking for a part time host to join our team. Please only apply if you are available every Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM-4 PM. Weekday shifts potentially available as well.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure productive service
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in guest services or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in a restaurant environment is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
