Duties

- Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and assist with seating arrangements
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and provide accurate information about the restaurant
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, special requests, or concerns promptly
- Support team members with food service tasks when needed,

Qualifications

- Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in restaurant operations or hotel environments is advantageous
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods
