Duties
- Main duties, oversee laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Greet and assist guests during overnight shifts with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly to guest needs or concerns during overnight hours, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Previous hotel experience is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk procedures and guest service is a plus.
- Experience in laundry operations or cleaning roles demonstrates attention to detail and reliability.
- Robust communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that makes guests feel valued.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining alertness and efficiency.
- Basic organizational skills for managing laundry tasks and front desk responsibilities simultaneously.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
