Hotel Morado is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all guests and staff.

Locally owned and operated with 12 rooms in District 1881, Hotel Morado is a boutique property that values inclusivity and upholds high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

We value inclusivity and are looking for proactive individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in fast-paced settings. Must have weekend availability to support busiest shifts. Part time position with opportunities for full-time employment. Season availability (September - December) also considered.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces following established standards and procedures
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort
- Wash and fold bedding and bathroom linens required for use
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for everyone
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment




- Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks completed during each shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery

Skills

- Proven custodial experience or prior housekeeping background appreciated
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
