As a Housekeeping Attendant, you exceed guest expectations by creating a picture-perfect experience throughout the hotel. You are pivotal in the guest’s first impression by cleaning the lobby, public areas, and guest rooms. Your meticulous work supports a lasting, positive perception of the hotel.

- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and storage areas are picture-perfect for optimal first impressions.
- Prepare for shift with a well-stocked cart, ensuring cleaning and guest room supplies are available and equipment is in good working order.
- Vacuums, dust, cleans, sweeps, polishes, and restocks the required number of guest rooms.
- Respect guest property and privacy; adhere to lost and found procedures for any items found.
- Understand and practice all emergency procedures for the hotel.
Experience / Passions / Education - Previous experience in housekeeping or in a hotel is an asset.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in a job done well.
Working Conditions This position may involve long days and/or weekends to meet business demands. It is a fast-paced environment requiring continuous physical movement, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Independent work periods are anticipated.
