Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly
- Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain quality control
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve cleaning issues promptly
- Enforce health, safety,



and sanitation standards in compliance with industry regulations

Requirements

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles, with a strong background in cleaning procedures
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills to lead teams effectively and interact with guests professionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence is preferred
