Duties
- Assist with talent acquisition activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes using ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS.
- Manage data entry and maintenance within HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro to ensure accurate employee records.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and collaborating with payroll providers like ADP or Kronos to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, tracking participation and maintaining training records to promote continuous growth.
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives by responding to inquiries, supporting HR sourcing efforts, and assisting with exit interviews.
- Contribute to change management projects by preparing communication materials and assisting with implementation plans using project management tools.
- Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or iCIMS for recruiting activities.
- Knowledge of payroll systems including ADP, Kronos, UltiPro or Oracle HCM.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels and supporting HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate organizational transitions smoothly.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Administrative experience involving data collection, entry, and reporting in human resources environments.
