Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Specialist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this role, you will be the key driver of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our workforce. Your expertise in HRIS systems, project management, and change management will be instrumental in optimizing HR processes and supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding using ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Oversee HRIS systems like Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, and PeopleSoft to ensure accurate data collection, entry, and reporting.
- Lead change management initiatives by developing strategies that facilitate smooth transitions during organizational or process changes.
- Coordinate employee relations activities by addressing concerns promptly and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer payroll processing and advantages administration through systems such as ADP or UltiPro to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Support training & development programs by organizing workshops and maintaining training records to enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate on HR projects related to human resources management, project management tasks, and HR sourcing efforts to meet organizational objectives.
Skills
- Extensive experience with HRIS platforms including Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, and PeopleSoft.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP and UltiPro along with proficiency in data entry and data collection techniques.
- Proven ability in talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS tools like Lever and iCIMS.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
- Skilled in project management methodologies to lead HR initiatives successfully.
- Familiarity with human resources management practices including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training & development.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology platforms like Salesforce for HR-related functions.

Pay: $29.11-$38.79 per hour
