Position Summary The Hub Head / Deputy Hub Head is responsible for overseeing overall hub and warehouse operations, including package sorting, distribution, staff management, operational performance, and process improvement. This role ensures that daily warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards.

The successful candidate should have strong warehouse management experience and the ability to coordinate overall hub operations, manage teams, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations at the hub, ensuring efficient package sorting and distribution.
- Manage staff performance and provide training to enhance team productivity.
- Implement best practices for logistics management to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hub performance and identify areas for improvement.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience overseeing overall warehouse or hub operations and coordinating day-to-day operational activities.
- Package sorting or parcel sorting experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics evaluation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive operational improvements.
- Ability to lead teams, manage operational priorities, and coordinate overall warehouse performance.
