We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various HVAC equipment with a minimum of two years' experience in the trade. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret schematics to ensure efficient installation and operation of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and codes.
- Maintain and repair existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Plumb and weld components as necessary during installation processes.
- Build and assemble HVAC systems while adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to guide installation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding HVAC systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role within the mechanical field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, plumbing, and welding.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
