We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC issues effectively. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work.
