Job Summary

We’re growing and with this growth we are looking to add a Journeyman HVAC Technician to our team.

Duties

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation units
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings for system installation and repairs
- Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems or building infrastructure as needed
- Utilize welding skills for component fabrication or repair when necessary
- Repair and service boilers, appliances, and other mechanical systems integral to building operations
- Diagnose issues using mechanical knowledge and implement effective solutions promptly

Experience

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC and mechanical systems
- Construction experience is a plus for understanding building infrastructure integration




- Mechanical knowledge across various systems including schematics interpretation and troubleshooting techniques
- Previous experience working with boilers or similar large-scale heating systems is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities
