In this role, you'll manage day-to-day operations of the Crisis Outreach Services for Seniors (COSS) program, ensuring effective support for older adults dealing with mental health and substance use issues. You will coordinate staff activities, promote compliance with health standards, and strengthen community partnerships to maximize service impact. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding teams to deliver exceptional care to some of Toronto’s most vulnerable seniors, fostering an environment of empowerment and support.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee complete site management and compliance assurance • Facilitate client independence through mentoring and support • Direct front-line staff recruitment, training, and performance • Maintain operational records, including incident reporting • Organize community engagement events for clients

Requirements: • Relevant degree/diploma in health care/social services • At least 5 years’ experience in the mental health field • Proven advocacy and crisis intervention skills • Deep understanding of harm reduction methodologies • Solid interpersonal and communication capabilities
