with a focus on storytelling that reflects the authentic character of Silver StarDraft media pitches and press releases that position Silver Star meaningfully within competitive travel and lifestyle media landscapesCoordinate DSS presence at trade shows and industry events relevant to ski, outdoor adventure, and destination travelMember & Partner CommunicationsBuild and maintain trust with DSS members and commercial partners through clear, consistent, and professional communications that demonstrate respect for their investment and intelligenceLead production of monthly member newsletters, written with accuracy, care, and a strong editorial voiceServe as a reliable and responsive day‑to‑day contact for commercial partners, supporting their engagement with DSS and ENO programsDevelop and manage ENO co‑operative partnership agreements and ongoing partner communicationsCo‑operative Program ManagementCoordinate co‑operative marketing programs with Destination BC, including budget management, reporting, and deliverablesOversee geographic market allocation and budget distribution across digital advertising campaigns, working with partners to ensure performance aligns with organizational goalsTrack, synthesize, and report on campaign metrics, press coverage, and co‑op outcomes, translating data into transparent insightsKey Stakeholder CollaborationBuild and maintain strong working relationships with key members, including SilverStar Mountain ResortMeet regularly with partner marketing teams to align plans, timing, and prioritiesEnsure DSS marketing efforts complement (not duplicate) partner campaignsIdentify opportunities to amplify partner activity and tell a consistent destination storyAgency & Vendor RelationshipsManage relationships with key agency partners including PR, social media, creative, digital advertising, website development, and photography/videographyHold partners to a high creative and strategic standard, ensuring all output reflects DSS’s brand positioning and goalsQualifications & ExperienceRequired3–5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or destination marketingExceptional written communication skills: The ability to write clearly, compellingly, and with appropriate voice across audiences is the core of this role, from destination content and media pitches to member newsletters and partner correspondenceDemonstrated experience managing social media channels,
